August 11th

In August I'm playing a showcase at this local coffee shop Jazapalooza. It's my second time playing and I'm so excited. I'm playing with "Mini Tre." I've never met the kid in my life but, I gave him that nickname because He decided to play 'Know Your Enemy." Last Thursday when I was at my guitar lesson, my teacher was all like, "Kay, the same day your playing the showcase, this 13, 14, 15 year old, however old he is, wants to play 'Know Your Enemy' on the drums. Do you wanna play with him regardless of his age?!" And you know, it's Green Day, and the first time I played I played 'Basket Case,' so I was like "Hell yeah!"

So this week I'm meeting mini Cool. I hope he's good, other wise I;m gonna look like a fool.

I'm debating if I should sing or not.
