And yeah, mine have changed quite drastically from when the album was first released, especially Peacemaker and ¿Viva la Gloria? (Little Girl). Both have been bumped right up.

Anyone else not looking forward to the release of 21 Guns with Green Day and the A.I musical cast? I heard the cast version a few weeks back and...I want to at least like it, but I just don't. I'll be the first to eat my words if it's amazing, but I just didn't like the group vocal.

On a different note, how pretty is the piano on the live versions?!

21st Century Breakdown is such an amazing album.. And it's really fucking great music, but that's also all there is to it... It seems to me that with this album, they focused more on writing music than you know... making music that means much to themselves, which is fucking sad... Sure, it's based on their opinions on things.. But it's not really personal anymore, at least American Idiot still had that.. I really hope this isn't the end of them making that kind of music...

It's beginning to get TOO poppy..

I think next time I'd rather them not focus on a story as much. I do find the stories behind American Idiot and 21st Century Breakdown interesting, but like PunkZ said, it's not personal. We all know Billie can write an amazing story, but he also wrote some incredible punk rock songs, and that's where I hope they go next. Not a step backwards (let's face it, he can't write about girls leaving him so much anymore) but more like...Church On Sunday...that sort of thing. Still a love song, but it has...balls, for the lack of a better word.

I'd also like more Mike songs, and I'd be first in line if they decided to release some Tré songs!

No it didn't, 21st CB has the best music of all the albums, I just hope they start making songs that mean things to themselves again, like JoS. In short, if they mix the music of 21st CB with lyrics that means alot to them, then perfect!
