Alot of people are gonna see them live for the first time in the next year or so. What can they expect to see? What songs did they play? Were you lucky enough to get onstage? Or were you lucky enough to catch one of the Green Day side bands' shows?

Tell what we can expect!

i saw green day in 2005.
i had the shittiest seats but it was still amazing.
i was practically behind stage and almost got hit by like, ten of tre's drum sticks. i also had one too but my dad's "fat knee's" got in the way and the kid sitting in front of me got it. then some old dude offered him $100 for it.

then, every once in a while, billie would come around and wave to everyone and yeah.
i did a lot of screaming and i lost my voice and i was wearing this dorky hat and tre kept looking over making funnie faces and i was all like "ZOMG dont let him see me, i look like a frfeak! D:"

i just got into green day before then, six months before. i had all the cd's, a handful of posters and i was really exited.
i knew all but two songs. i still dont know them to this day what they were. i couldnt hear the lyrics very well, since were seated behind the speakers and all.

all in all the show was amazing. i had an amazing view of mikes ass ;D and whenever the pyros went off it was like WHOOSH in my face. it was really hot. and, this other dude in front of me was head banging to brain stew and was whipping me with his hair...his hear was like...to his ass and it was whipping me in the face...yeah...wasnt too fond of that.

i cant remeber the order of the set list but i can tell you they played american idiot, jos, holiday, st jimmy, blvrd of broken dream's, wmuwse, are we the waiting?, basket case, she, king for a day (shout), warning, hitchin a ride, i think they did waiting..im not totally sure, but i think they did, brain stew n' jaded, im losing brain power and i cant think of the other songs...there was like four or five more...

green day is so worth seeing no matter where your seats are. i loved how billie interacted with the audiance. during longview i think, he, mike, and tre pulled up three kids, one to play the drums (tre didnt like him. the kid wasnt cooperating and tre was getting frustrated and kicked him off stage.) one to play the bass (the girl was pretty good. it was cool), and the other to play the guitar (the kid who played guitar got to keep it. it was funnie cause billie was like "i hope you know you're not keeping this." it was funnie cause he got to keep it.) it's just awesome...i cant say much more than that. haha.

im so exited. im putting my outfit together and eveyrthing. im debating if i should dye my hairs pink or green.
whatever color ima dye it, thats the color outfit im gonna wear.
i have to adeline shirts, a green adeline boot camp one, and a black one with a mixer printed on it and a pink adeine skull.
ive decided i was going to get grey pants for the pink shirt and black pants for the green shirt and spray paint the adeline skull on em'.

I'd go for the pink, just because I bet alot of people would go for green as it's a Green Day show.

I'm seeing them for the first time in 14 weeks and 4 days (23/10/2009 in London) I can't wait! I'm gonna be in the upper tier on Mike's side of the stage! And I've already started putting my outfit together (actually, I started putting together an hour after I got my tickets )

I'm gonna see them when they come to Sweden in October, and since I never get tired of searching for Green Day Videos on youtube and still isn't tired of BIAB after watching it like a million times, I can imagine what it's gonna be like really being there, really seeing them live. It's like even if I've never been to a live show I know what's gonna happen on-stage. Seen too much youtube xD Well gonna be fun allright.

I saw Green Day in 2005 @ Milton Keynes National Bowl, UK. I was 11 years old, my 1st ever show, i've been to over 100 since that now but Green Day has always been my favourite and most memorable.

It was just hours of queing, waiting in the hot sun, people fainting and falling ill from the hot weather, I watched all the support bands Hard-Fi (Replacing Simple Plan), Taking Back Sunday and Jimmy Eat World

...then the drunken bunny came on, Hey Ho! Let's Go (Oh shit, I just had goosebumps/chills thing writing that :'D) anyway yeah 'Hey Ho! Let's Go' and all that shit, then they walked on (Just like on Bullet In A Bible)

They did other songs live aswell as all the one's shown on the Bullet In A Bible DVD which made the full setlist:

I can't write everthing but it was amazing, and I can't wait to see them again this year!

That's one thing that's still bothering me. Does anybody know who the support is for the European leg of the tour? As far as I know, The Kaiser chiefs (boo) Franz Ferdinand (boo) and The Bravery (meh) were only for the U.S leg.

No idea :/ It will probably be announced later. I think it's really nice that they in their most recent shows on the world tour changes their set list and plays some old songs from kerplunk. I hope they got an awesome set list when they come to Sweden^^ But by then I guess they've had a lot of time to perfect it.

I'd love to hear 2000 Light Years Away when they come to England <3

Dude, I know that. No need to tell me. I'm just stupidly, ridiculously self-concious and I will not go out the house if I think my clothes are bad. Thanks for the put down, just what I needed. If I think I look good, I feel a whole lot better than I would if I thought I looked fat or if I had a mark on my trouser bum or toothpaste on my top or something. I'm paranoid, I'm self-concious, and that's not gonna change. So don't bother telling me I don't need to care what I wear, because I damn well do if I'm not gonna be depressed or paranoid.
